#2 GetCurrentFilePath and GetTitle Don't Work

GetCurrentFilePath's retval is usually a blank string,
though it will sometimes give a random character or
two. GetTitle just returns "DONE".

I'm writing a .NET wrapper for this and then a full
AJAX-based web interface, but this is giving me real grief.
