&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Open FoodProcess-lab.exe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You see the Knime-interface with the extension PMM-Lab on the left bar in (Node Repository).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;First Steps:&lt;br /&gt;
3.1 Create a new Workflow&lt;br /&gt;
3.2 File&lt;br /&gt;
3.3 ‘New…‘ the ´Select a wizard´ window opens.&lt;br /&gt;
3.4 Select ‘New KNIME Workflow’ from the ‘Wizards:’ list.&lt;br /&gt;
3.5 Click the button ‘Next &amp;gt;’&lt;br /&gt;
3.6 You may enter a custom workflow name in the text field ‘Name of the workflow to create:’&lt;br /&gt;
3.7 Click the button ‘Finish’&lt;br /&gt;
3.8 Now we can start in a empty Data Table&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you can Download the sample workflows from here: workflows&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Import the Example Flow as Zip file into Knime&lt;br /&gt;
5.1 File&lt;br /&gt;
5.2 Import Knime Workflow&lt;br /&gt;
5.3 Select Archive Files or Root Directory (to Open an unpacked Workflow or more than one)&lt;br /&gt;
5.4 “Browse” make your choice e.g. “Sample Workflow”&lt;br /&gt;
5.5 Click Finish&lt;br /&gt;
5.6 Now start the Import Workflow&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You want to send a Workflow a friend? Then you must export the Workflow under File. (Don’t       forget that you put off the mark on Options (Exclude data from Export) )&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The Function of Nodes is explaining on the right sight, which called Node description.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Know you can build your own Workflow.&lt;/li&gt;
