  1. Open FoodProcess-lab.exe
  2. You see the Knime-interface with the extension PMM-Lab on the left bar in (Node Repository).
  3. First Steps:
    3.1 Create a new Workflow
    3.2 File
    3.3 ‘New…‘ the ´Select a wizard´ window opens.
    3.4 Select ‘New KNIME Workflow’ from the ‘Wizards:’ list.
    3.5 Click the button ‘Next >’
    3.6 You may enter a custom workflow name in the text field ‘Name of the workflow to create:’
    3.7 Click the button ‘Finish’
    3.8 Now we can start in a empty Data Table
  4. Now you can Download the sample workflows from here: workflows
  5. Import the Example Flow as Zip file into Knime
    5.1 File
    5.2 Import Knime Workflow
    5.3 Select Archive Files or Root Directory (to Open an unpacked Workflow or more than one)
    5.4 “Browse” make your choice e.g. “Sample Workflow”
    5.5 Click Finish
    5.6 Now start the Import Workflow
  6. You want to send a Workflow a friend? Then you must export the Workflow under File. (Don’t forget that you put off the mark on Options (Exclude data from Export) )
  7. The Function of Nodes is explaining on the right sight, which called Node description.
  8. Know you can build your own Workflow.
