Originally released in about 2006, the Local Food Cooperative Management System is an online food coop ordering system that works on an order cycle instead of being 'always open'. Producers/farmers can add products to their product catalog at anytime. During a designated time, coop members place orders. Generates reports and invoices.
Since about 2012, the software was forked and has been developed under the name Open Food Source, which is available at Git Hub and OpenFoodSource.org. While the code remains at SourceForge for historical reasons, using that codebase is discouraged.
