I've recently started using foobillard via glshim on an armv7/GLES platform and couldn't find any mention of an fps counter. Is it in the works perhaps?

From your terse answer I take it you're not planning to.
In case you're wondering why it might be needed - I wanted to get better performance out of glshim (its main hacker seems willing as well) and was looking for a way to make objective comparisons.
We're talking about invading all those Odroids, Rpi2's, Pandoras out there :)

I've not implemented a fps-counter.
