This tool searches your local drive for foobar playlists and music files. For every entry in the foobar playlist where the file is not existing it searches it on other places. If it finds it it replaces the path. I managed to understand the serialized data how a foobar playlist is organized.

Can also destroy your playlists, better back up your stuff!
