Hi,
I'm using the last release (1.1) of your plugin on a Windows 7 pro pc.
While moving manually into a track, or automatically while playing a playlist and move to the next track, very often the output sound corrupted. One or both the channels sound very noisily (similar to a white noise + a very small portion of the original sound) or with a channel muted and the other noisy. Looking at the log in the console, I noticed that it happens when a realignment is needed.
It didn't depend on the device. Moving from internal sound card to external usb board, nothing changes.
The standard wasapi plugin works fine.
Attached you can find the console log.

Kind regards,
Isidoro

    Hi Isidoro,
Yes, you are right. When looking at the code, I found a bug related to alignment when using the plugin configured for 24 bit output. I think it will be fixed in the attached patch (I am not sure because my problem is that I cannot test the plugin for 24 bit output: my soundcard supports 32 bit or 16 bit only in wasapi exclusive mode).
Otherwise, if it is possible for you, could you try to configure wasap2 plugin with 32 bit output ?

    Kind regards,

    Didier

      Hi Didier,

thank you for your reply and for your piece of software.
I had same issue with 16bit too. As soon as possible I will send you a second report.
I cannot use 32bit because the USB audio interface on win 7 system works at FS speed and then it was unable to play highest sample rate at 32bit; it is not supported. However I will try it. The USB system is developed by me, hardware and software, and I wrote an simple device USB stack, so I have full control over it (but not on windows;-) )
      Kind regards,

      Isidoro

    Hi Didier,

I just tested the patch you sent me. It works fine. Problem solved.

    Thank you,
    Isidoro
