Indeed it works when configuring --enable-flac-support, but of course  
it should work also otherwise.

And true, I was missing libgnustep-base-dev on the Linux. I am on  
Debian testing, and already since some days when some major update  
happened lots of strange things have happened too. So that a package  
dissapears doesn't surprise me as much as it should!
