[foo-devel] 24-bit sound files

Dear Fooers,

I just realized that foo doesn't support 24-bit audio files. After a  
quick look at the source, it appears to me that it shouldn't be to  
hard to add this support, but I just want to check with Martin, if  
this is true. I would need 24-bit support (especially for reading  
files) desperately ...
