Hi
A friend of mine has the need to produce xml web pages containing fonts that may not be installed on the receiving O/S. (medieval fonts - Times Old English and Beowulf).
I have used TTX/FontTools to generate .ttx files.
The question is,

First of all is TTX/FontTools the correct tool for this job?
Secondly as a non-technical, end-user, how do I get the .ttx files, and I assume the fonts, called into the xml web page.

Your help would be much appreciated.

No, TTX is by no means the correct tool for this job. TTX is a tool for font developers.
