#40 FontForge CLI and UTF-8 Glyph Names

Hi,

I have problem with the FontForge CLI when it creates a AFM file. For example: https://github.com/BeitDina/The-Psalms-Scroll-4Q84-Font/blob/main/The-Psalms-Scroll-4Q84.amf
The glyphs are written in UTF-8 encoding with same Hebrew subset and I'm probably missing something in the command line.
