#22 Batch Merge Fonts

Heyya!

Awesome tool, but I'd need some help. I successfully exported some 150 bits of a font from a PDF, (with an other tools), all of them have a couple of characters, and all are in CFF format. Is there a way, to merge all files into one, other than manually clicking through it?
The filenames at the moment are 001.cff -> 156.cff

I'm on Windows, and I don't speak python.. I tried, but I'm to much of a n00b.

And by bits I mean pieces.
