#26 Unable to open fonts using 2019-04-13 release

Hello,

Per mail from Jeremy on 14Apr19, I downloaded installed fontforge 2019-04-13 release on my laptop:
Win10, 64 bit, 4 GB.

Now I am unable to open many fonts, including Noto Sans fonts - English and Tamil.

I deleted and reinstalled these fonts, still no luck. They are getting listed in Windows\Fonts directory.

Looks like its comething to do with some config stuff, not able to crack it.

Appreciate help on this
