#24 Dual monitor systems aren't handled well

Just wanted to let you know, on Windows Systems with dual monitor, the dialogs and windows aren't working as expected:
- dialogs appear between the 2 monitors
- after startup, half of the windows are on the right monitor's right side, the other half on the left monitor's left side.

I am also finding problems with a dual-monitor set up. When opening the Edit window, it is not on the screen at all. I have to right-click on the icon in the Windows Task Bar, 'Maximise' then drag it onto the window in order to resize it.
