#11 Small change to compile under cygwin

Hi there.

I can see this project hasn't been updated for a while. I was wondering if there can be a small change made. When trying to compile under cygwin, configure fails since these files config.guess and config.sub are not up-to-date. They can be made that way by updating them to these files here:

Is there any way we can get this as part of the official release?
