#1 request restart fah service on webpage

I was using the folding cd (as well as the vm) and had them to lockup and report as follows:

It doesn't seem to submit the work unit I can not tell if the info is their so it can be resent. However, their is no way to kill and then RESTART fah in order to see if a simple restart of the service will cause it to send what was finished.
