This Programm has been developed to help syncronice more than 200 local and networkfolders.
The programm listens on the directory for new files (possibility to add filters also for local as for samba shares) and moves the files a centraly defines folder adding a new prefix to the file.
The directories, filters and prefixes are defined in a XML File.

Files that have to be moved are activated by the Filesystemwatch library. After the event has been triggerd the programm waits for 10 secs and checks again if the modification time of the file has been changed. If it has changed it waits for other 10 secs. (For max 10 loops).

To avoid of moving to many files it is possible to specify a maximum number of files that have to be moved within one minute.

The files comes with a small Utility to work with the XML file.
