#11 Folder Size columns all showing up as null suddenly, as "0KB+"

Hello,
I really find this program useful, but at random times, it doesn't show folder sizes, even though the folders do have content in them, and are often not small! All sizes show up as 0KB+, as you can see in the attached screenshot. I tried reinstalling this and that doesn't help. Hoping you can.
Running Windows 10 22h2, 48GB Ram, Intel i7 processor and using an nvme SSD, although this has happened on other systems with other specifications, though all windows 10 of recent years.
