#19 Option "space on disk"

I'd like to have an option in the control panel to switch
between calculating used space and space on disk (As it is in the properties window opened in Windows with a right-click).
If it isn't so difficult it'll be much better to have two colons in explorer: "Folder size" and "Folder size on disk". I'll help understand why there is more space occupied than the sum of the spaces of the single files or folders in the root.
