I installed folder size in my windows 10 laptop. Folder size opened in another window. I checked the folders with the biggest size and deleted a few files thru the folder size window, only to find out that other files and folders were deleted as well. I checked recycle bin and its not there. I tried searching keywords of the files and still cannot be found. But my remaining disk space is the same. I presume the files are there somewhere but I cannot find it. Please help! My office files are in there!
P.S. - out of panic, i uninstalled folder size.
