I just updated FolderSize from 2.1 to 2.3, in 2.1 dynamic disk partitions (mounted on a folder in another partition) worked somewhat, that is they worked the first time a partition was indexed and ignored any changes. In 2.3 the FolderSize-columns of these mounted partitions are just blank. This is probably related to other changes made, but I would like to be able to see sizes for these partitions again, if possible.

Yeah, this is a problem with "NTFS junction points". The service needs to handle these specially in its internal data structure, and this hasn't been done yet. To protect the service from the possibility of cycles in the directory tree, I disabled following junction points entirely.
That should be fixed, but I never use junction points.
