#2 Moddates of symbolic links are incorrectly replicated

Modification dates of symbolic links are not correctly restored on the
target side of a replication. Instead the references files system
entity get the modification dates set.

We're again using vanilla Carbon features, and setting the moddates does
not provide a traverseSymbolicLink:NO option.
