    Under Windows 7, the action "Show menu 1" does not seem to work in a Explorer windows: no menu is displayed.
    Is "CabinetWClass,ExploreWClass" the good class?

    I found why :)
    Put CabinetWClass,ToolbarWindow322 as Class for Explorer

    Changing the class does not work always :(

    not a solution but a workaround :

    1. give CabinetWClass,ToolbarWindow32 as class for explorer
    2. launch folder menu when *inside* the address bar

    after that folder menu will work from everywhere in explorer...
