    I have used another password once to open but then i cant open the folder with original password. can you help me to resolve the issue.

    Hey there, I've locked a folder using your software and now I am unable to unlock it. When I attempt to select the folder through the program to unlock it nothing happens. I need these files.

    Hi Neil/Jay, if you failed to resolve this issue, I used a program call "Lockhunter" to rename the folder, and got my files back.

    I have also the same problem after clicking OK my important files is lock and cant open it how to solve this issue.

    im also having somewhat the same issue but i see the folder i just cant open it i did not put no password i just click on okay because i change my mind
