    using/registering a different domain that points to the site. ie 2600.middleisland.ny.us 2600.ca

    adding a period at the end of a url. ie 2600.com.

    converting the ip into a base 10 number

    going through a proxy/ bouncing off of another computer

    going into safemode (sometimes you have to force a safemode attempt. try shutting the machine down while its running)

    disabling the local software (take a look at peacefire.org or try going into safemode if in windows and playing around with loading programs and the registry)
