#1 can not find tftp server

I have this problem so re installed Ubuntu 9 and Fog 2.8 and all goes OK I have done inventory fron client but when I come to upload to take image from client I get an error about ftp-login and a php file in /var/www/commons and also red message can not find tftp server.
tftp server is running I can use it from a terminal
I had the same problem and tried various things but gave up and re installed Ubunto and Fog 0.28 but still the same
