[Fofredux-devel] 0.4 release

Fofr users,

    I'm going to start spending an hour or so a week getting this project
moving again.   I still use it daily, as I'm sure many of you do, and
don't want to see it die.

I think the current SVN trunk can be released as 0.4 with just a few
things to cleanup.
