I found a useful mozilla/firefox extension: HTML validator.   It 
validates the page you are looking at and gives useful feedback on where 
the problems are and how to fix them.   Every  FOFR page I loaded had at 
least a few validation errors.  This is very useful because it is super 
easy.  Just look at the icon: green = good, yellow = bad.
