To address the "Frame" issue in the future I would think we would move
the sidebar and items with an overflow that will handle a scroll bar.
Using the css overflow seems a much cleaner way to do "frames" - I
just didn't get to doing that yet.

I agree with Kevin that it's a pain to maintain frames/non-frames. And
this is *after* they've been largely merged from the original FOF.

The sidebar can use javascript to show/hide the feeds sidebar, and
maybe fallback to "dual view" for non-javascript browsers.
