Well, not all the blame goes to FOFR.  The feed is a bit broken.  The gui=
d
tag is supposed to be a "global" unique id for the item.(a.k.a permalink)=
=20
A simple number doesn't cut it.

I tweaked a few things in the feed model code to speed up the panel, but
it is still slower then 0.3.  I'll look into it.
