Slow - I have the login page done ;)

Khaled's redesign is in mostly image format and needs to be finished
the migration to XHTML & CSS. I know CSS, but I'm not great at CSS, so
it's a little slow going.

If someone knows & is good at CSS, given an existing design, then
speak up. We can split up the work some. Once the full design is in
HTML/CSS, then it will be a lot quicker to split it up into template
sections and tie in the PHP calls.
