Thanks kevin. I think basic coding standards are good. As well as
adding a discussion of Architecture, as Evan pointed out.

I don't think I want to move to one of the larger frameworks - too big
a learning curve for a comparitively small project. As we discussed on
the email list ramping up to  0.4, we want to break-up init.php into
an MVC (or similar) arch. This was what Katie & Kevin were semi-tasked
with doing.
