[Fofredux-devel] install page update

I updated the install page.  Some improvements are:

*convert to use ADODB Lite db connection and data dictionary objects.
*cleaned up output.  A helper function makes output printing more 
consistent.  Warnings and fatal errors are output in red

Let me know of you see any problems.  I tried not to alter the business 
rules, so it should operate the same as previous versions.
