Can either of these be pushed to be fixed in 0.3?  I think the second 
one can.  It is an annoying problem, but only affects a minority of 
feeds and/or users.

I am horrible at writing docs so I'll leave that to ones who can.  A few 
comments:

wiki:   overkill, but may be useful later on.  I'm leaning toward static 
HTML documentation.

RSS of instructions:  A feed of instructions doesn't really fit in how 
the technology works. I think a feed of "tip of the week/month" would be 
neat.
