It's implemented on my checked out copy, but it's buggy at the moment
(the navigation "misses" the entry a lot, and I have to figure out why).
I'll check it on a branch this afternoon so you can play with it if you
want.

Also, I haven't tested it anything but Safari and Firefox yet.
