I suggest that we move the links that perform some
action on all feed items (e.g., "update all", "mark all
read", "view new items", etc.) be moved into a new line
at the top of the list of feeds designated for
aggregate actions. (This is in the panels view and the
frames view.)
I envision the appearance of this row looking basically
like any other feed row except that it appears at the
top and has some visual feature(s) that distinguish it
from regular ol' feeds.
