#59 Full View: Information Regarding Item section

Setting out of all the elements in the section still
need to be fleshed out, specifically:

1. Colours for the links need to be incorporated
2. Background Colours
3. Colour of flag to be changed
4. "View new items", etc to be aligned to the left hand
side.
5. "View new items" etc section to have a different
coloured background
6. Add Search functionality in this area
7. Location of Old to new new to old link to be placed
on the opposite side of "view new items" etc bar.
8. Tags to be editable from within the actual interface
itself (therefore to include edit button).
