#46 "Mark all read" link does not work.

When clicking on the "mark all read" link in the panel
view the page is refreshed instead of all the unread
articles being marked as read.

Using "mark all read" in the frames view only marks the
currently displayed items in the preview pane on the
right. I am not sure if this should mark all unread
articles as read or not.
