Foedus Mail / News: Recent posts

I've decided to rewrite Foedus. The rewrite will be done using Test First Programming (or Test Driven Development if you prefer), and will be written with performance in mind.

For starters, it will make full use of NIO. Issues of thread and object pooling, useful information caching (i.e. MX records), etc. will be treated with care.

The protocol and mailbox implementations can probably be reused without much modification, but most of the other stuff will be rebuilt from scratch.... read more
