status - week 18

Hello!

I created some levels to test the new highscore features.

I changed the layout of the game window because there was
no proper place to display the highscores.

If I don't find any bugs the next tasks are to review the code
(I mixed lots of styles in the last years), to add proper copyright
headers, and to add more levels.
