After weeks of hard work, The depacketizer provided by Scott NOW works. I'm able to decode a live stream from an IP camera with MP4V-ES/RTP format. The decoding is really in real time and fully compatible with the jmf.

I'm working on sending an MP4V stream from some custom hardware. (as per RFC3640 - "RTP Payload Format for Transport of MPEG-4 Elementary Streams") Can I use JMStudio to verify my data on its own (ex: by using "Open RTP Session"), or is additional configuration required? (aside from configuring Fobs4JMF, of course)
Thanks,
Ryan
