I just downloaded your packages and I would like to install only the support for C++ (not JAVA) is the possible? I'm a little confused on that.

  as of release 0.2 you have the option to build just the C++ support by calling the building script this way:
  
  ./buildFobs.sh FOBS4JMF=no
