Hello,

Reading forums, i found two topics saying it is/was not possible:

Is it possible now? I couldn't find any information about it on project page

  No, it's not possible. FOBS has no encoding support and hasn't announced plans for any.

  what do you think how much work will it take to make the encoding available?
  I need to have an encoder for H.263.
  
  In the past I used jffmpeg, but this project seems tho be dead and building a library for mac is not very easy for the moment. Perhaps the api from jffmpeg is a good starting point for implementing encoders
