ok....I've found where the problem is and have a patch for it. Anyway, I'm finishing the encoding engine and would like to wait till it is done to release fobs 0.3 with this bug fix and other functionalities. If you can't wait, I'll send you the fixed code or the binary.
By the way, the problem is with the time stamps that ffmpeg returns with this mpeg-ts.

I put the file (mpeg-ts mpeg 1) in the your ftp server (xxx.ts). Could you test it for me?
