Cyrillic characters not supported

Fairly self explanetory - FOBS fails to load files or directories with cyrillic characters. It throws the following exception:

Files played using the native JMF codecs load fine (such as wavs) but all FOBS (ie wma) don't load. Any workarounds for the time being?
