#4 setting doesn't stick in 10.3.2

the setting for fnswitch seems to be disappearing in 10.3.2,
however, i was forced to install a newer version of uControl
which has a real function keys feature, so the 2 programs
may be conflicting. when i enabled uControl's feature, it
works again, i'm now not sure which hack is providing the
functionality!

fn switch works fine for me in 10.3.2. No problems at all. You
may have a conflict with uControl.

I use only fnSwitch and upon restart the funtionkeys are set to
default. The startup log (/Library/StartupItems/fnStartup/
fStartup.log) says the following:

fnStartup: I cannot find the preference !!
fnStartup: Problems !!
