#6 Add ~~ as shorthand for tell
Given the number of times a day I type ~tell <luser> about <subject>, a shorthand would be useful. This patch adds ~~<luser> <subject> as an alternative.
It also cleans up TellOperation a little. It's still a mess, but now it's a mess that doesn't indent halfway across the screen.
Patch to add ~~<foo> <bar> as an alias for ~tell <foo> about <bar></bar></foo></bar></foo>
