The `fmtt` formatter SVN

Remove VS filter group "Header Files": There are no header files in `fmtt`.

New option `-g` to respect Markdown conventions:
1. '##' style headers (new),
2. definition lists (as before),
3. fenced code blocks (as before).
NOTE that 2. and 3. are now *require* the `-g` option set, but were formerly by default.

Change `-r`<num> option to mean "<num> characters or more" (instead of "more than <num> characters").

Add option `-Z` to protect Z Notation (e-mail mark-up) from line breaking.

Recognize Markup-style sections ("## 1.1 Title").

First step (svn client comm test).

Feature branch: Formatting of '>' quoted blocks.

Fixed hang indent processing; more Markdown compatibility.

- ">" and ":" lines (Markdown quote and definition item) start hanged para.
- Fenced code segments with "~~~" lines.
- Treat first line with hard break as fixed.

Ignore some stuff.

Delete *.suo.
