#25 sync waits until FM6 is front app

just used JFile 5.0x and new FMSync for first time last
night. babying it along, I got all my DBs reloaded on
the Visor.

two probs:

the FMSync opens FM6 (OSX) to the right DB, but FM6
won't then do anything until it is the front app. the
dock icon bounces until I click on it, then FMSync
proceeds as it should.

FM6 ought not have to be the front app.

FMSync is running with the OS9 version of Palm Desktop
(Handspring). I don't have the OSX version yet.

2nd prob: took three tries to get all 9 DBs onto the
Visor. first sync, 2 DBs got completed, then FMSync log
said Filemaker [6] was reporting an error "-1713" "No
user interaction allowed" for each remaining DB it
tried to do.

my impression from that msg is that FM6 thought I was
doing something to a DB?

so I tried again.

second sync: two more DBs made it across, same error
reported for the rest.

third sync: first I told FMSync to disable the DBs that
were already installed on Visor, so it would only work
on the remaining ones. They all went fine this time.
