Standardize on "scale of the screen window" instead of "zoom factor".
Both terms were used interchangably, and it's better to have a single term for each concept.
I preferred "scale of the screen window" because it's what the first sentence of ZOOM said it was changing.
It's also more precise than "zoom factor", which doesn't mention the screen.

Implement Feature Request #143; MACHINE now outputs the current screen window scale as the 18th item in the list.

Fix a broken header guard (thanks gcc for pointing it out!)

Add a "See Also" to KEYBOARD to link it to SETFOCUS and GETFOCUS.
Also, explicitly document that SETFOCUS "FMSLogo will give focus to screen window, not the commander.
These changes were requested by Manfred Zindel on Support Request #66 after he spent a day or so not understanding why KEYBOARDON wasn't working.

Fix some Spanish grammar in the "Pause Mode" dialog.
The fixes were submitted but Daniel Ajoy.

Implement Feature Request #136; the PAUSE dialog now explains what pause mode is and what you can do in it.

This also changes what is written to the commander history so that the procedure name isn't written for each instruction given. That makes sense in UCBLogo, where it acts as a prompt, but FMSLogo has a dialog box acts as the prompt. Now, something is written to the commander history when pause mode is entered but not subsequently.

Fix Bug #602; APPLY with a primitive now copies the inputlist so that it can't be modified.

The fix was inspired by the source code for UCBLogo, which doesn't have this bug.
UCBLogo copies inputlist so that modifications won't affect any of the caller's variables.

However, instead of calling "append(argl, NIL)" this revision creates a new function
with a clearer name "copy_list(argl)".

Also, instead of always copying the list in APPLY, the list is only copied if the
procedure is the name of a primitive, since that's the only way (to my understanding)
the list could be modified. This was partly to only incur the overhead of copying
the list when a copy was needed, but also for clarity: the fix closer to the code
path that needs it.
